Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TechVyro, we strive to deliver high-quality IT and development services to ensure the best results for our clients.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Service Cancellation by Client
- Notice Requirement: To cancel a service, you must email us at support@techvyro.com at least 30 days prior to the cancellation date.
- Cancellation Charges: Depending on the type of service and stage of progress, cancellation fees may apply. These will be outlined in the project contract or service agreement.
- Cancellation Request: Include service details, invoice/transaction ID, and the reason for cancellation.
Service Cancellation by TechVyro
- Breach of Terms: We reserve the right to cancel services immediately if any violation of the Terms of Use or misuse of our services is found.
- Client Non-Cooperation: Long-term non-responsiveness or failure to provide required project inputs may result in cancellation.
- Notice: A written cancellation notice will be provided via email.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Initial Payments / Deposits: Refunds may be available if requested within 14 days of payment and if no work has started.
- Hourly / Task-Based Services: Refunds will be calculated based on the time spent, resources used, and deliverables completed.
- Services Already Initiated: If work has started, the refundable amount (if any) will be calculated proportionally.
Non-Refundable Services
- Bespoke Custom Development once planning, setup, or coding has begun.
- Consulting, Research, UI/UX, and strategy-based services once delivered.
- Subscription-based tools, premium plugins, domain, hosting or third-party licenses.
- Server setups, deployment configurations, and API integrations after activation.
Partial Refunds
If a service is partially completed, a refund may be granted for the unutilized portion of services.
The final refund amount will be determined at TechVyro’s discretion based on:
- Project stage & complexity
- Resources and tools used
- Actual work delivered & milestones completed
Refund Process
- Send your request to support@techvyro.com with all service details.
- Attach invoice/transaction ID and UPI/Bank details (if needed).
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days once approved.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or an alternative agreed upon method.
Disputes & Resolution
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or disagree with a decision, please contact us at support@techvyro.com.
We will review and resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
Changes to This Policy
TechVyro reserves the right to update or change this policy from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revision date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of
Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
